Internal Sales/Customer Service

FlameStop Australia is a manufacturer and wholesaler of fire protection products to companies in the fire industry.  Due to sustained growth, we are looking for a Customer Service/ Internal Sales team member to join our dynamic and growing team. 

About the role

As our Internal Sales/Customer Service you will provide friendly, efficient support while helping drive sales through exceptional service. You will also be responsible for:

• Handling incoming phone and email enquiries and processing sales orders

• Work closely with key internal stakeholders - from warehouse staff to the sales team for smooth operations

• Sales support to on-road representatives

• Face to face service for walk-in-trade customer

• General sales assistant duties (e.g. invoicing)

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be an individual that has exposure to or experience in customer service or administration and thrives on attention to detail. Our fast-paced customer service and sales environment demand a high level of organisation. 

Minimum requirements include:

• Friendly, cooperative attitude in team environments

• 1 year's admin or customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, excel, outlook

• Familiarity in sales and inventory-based software for customer order processing & invoicing would be an advantage but not necessary

• Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service

• Product based customer service preferred, but not essential
