Euro Truck Spares based in Campbellfield, is Australia's largest independent distributor of new aftermarket, used and reconditioned parts to suit Scania trucks. We have a huge wrecking yard stretching over 2 acres and our onsite workshop is dedicated to building trucks for resale. We build mobile greenrooms for Film Trucks Australia and there is always at least one classic car slowly being built by our mechanics, when there is time!

About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced warehousing store person to join the team. Working closely with our onsite workshop team, wrecking yard mechanic and spare parts interpreters, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Putting away stock orders

• Fulfilling online orders along with assisting our parts interpreters with the postage of goods

• Occasional deliveries in our new work cars

• General cleaning and warehouse duties

• Ensuring consumables are stocked and readily available.

• Having contact with our Sydney branch in regard to the supply of parts and stock transfers.

Assisting with phone calls when all other staff members are busy. experience as a spare parts interpreter would be highly regarded however is not a requirement.

About You

As an integral part of our business, along with your strong work ethic and previous experience within the industry, you'll have:

• At least 2 years experience in the automotive industry as a store person/delivery driver.

• Previous customer service/spare parts experience is not essential however would be favorable.

• Be clean and organised, forward thinking for where parts may go and what they should be near for the sake of convenience.

• Be reliable, enthusiastic and open to expanding your existing skill set

• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work autonomously and confidently within a team environment

• Be tech savvy and open to learning new computer programs

• You will preferably already have your forklift license.

Salary: $29.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
