Cafe All Rounder

About the role

Bean Around the World is seeking a Cafe All Rounder to join our team in Rockingham. This is a casual position of 20-30 hours per week. As a Cafe All Rounder, you will support our kitchen and service teams, contributing to the smooth operation of our café and ensuring our customers receive excellent service and quality food preparation.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and assembling sandwiches, salads and other menu items to consistent standards

• Supporting kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Taking customer orders and providing friendly service at the counter

• Taking payments

• Keeping the café clean and tidy

• Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed

• Following all health and safety protocols and company procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a café, kitchen or hospitality environment

• Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety practices

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, particularly during busy periods

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach

• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
