The Role

We're excited to offer a long-term opportunity for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our passionate team on a permanent part-time basis at our Paddington Centre. 

Key Responsibilities

• Foster nurturing relationships with children and families.

• Utilize your pedagogical expertise to meet individual child needs.

• Design exceptional educational programs.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations.

• Establish a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or higher.

• Previous experience as a Lead Educator preferred.

• Valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.

• Proficient in Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Moderate to high computer proficiency for online programming software.

• Flexible availability between 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
