As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first smile our guests see and the reason they want to come back. You'll help create a warm, friendly atmosphere while making sure every guest has an amazing experience.

What you'll be doing

* Greeting guests with a genuine smile and making them feel welcome.

* Taking orders, answering menu questions, and recommending your favourite dishes.

* Serving food, drinks, and desserts with care.

* Keeping the restaurant clean, organised, and ready for service.

* Working closely with the kitchen to make sure every order is delivered smoothly.

* Preparing and cooking our menu items following DOPA recipes and standards.

* Making sure every dish looks great and is served consistently.

* Keeping your station clean, organised, and food safe.

* Rotating stock, labelling ingredients, and helping with deliveries.

* Supporting your teammates during busy services.

* Helping with opening, closing, and keeping the kitchen ready for the next day.
