We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Parking Compliance Officer to provide operational leadership, mentoring and specialist expertise across our team.
This role is suited to an experienced professional who can confidently empower and develop staff in the field while leading investigations and enforcement activities.

About the Role
As a senior member of the team, you will:
Mentor and support our team through in the field training and correct application of the Road Rules 2014, POEO Act 1997 and Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act 2021 investigations.
Undertake investigations and provide guidance to the Team in the investigation of Mobility Parking Scheme permit misuse and fraud under Road Transport legislation.
Assist the Team Leader with operational oversight and act in the role when required.
Ensure consistent, professional and lawful enforcement practices across the team.
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Extensive experience in parking compliance and regulatory enforcement.
Strong working knowledge of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997, Road Transport Act 2013 and the Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act 2021.
Proven experience investigating unattended property and vehicles.
Experience investigating Mobility Parking Scheme permit fraud and misuse.
Possess mentoring and leadership skills.
A reputation for sound judgement, professionalism and leading by example.
A desire to progress your career into a leadership-focused role.
