About the role
Common Ground Queensland (CGQ) is a specialist supportive housing organisation providing supportive and affordable housing to people who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness. We offer housing to individuals and families in high and medium density single site and dispersed site models.
Our supportive housing approach offers long term, safe and affordable housing that is intentionally linked to personalised support services. Support services for tenants are provided through partner organisations.
CGQ also provides tenancy support to individuals and families in partnership with support organisations to assist tenants to sustain their tenancies and maintain stable housing outcomes.
Ending homelessness, a person at a time with the communities in which we operate.
To create supportive homes that honour local communities, respond to people’s needs and improve their well-being and connectedness.

We are looking for an accomplished Finance Manager who is not only proficient in financial management but also aligns to the Vision and Mission of Common Ground Queensland.

The Finance Manager is a member of the management team and leads all the financial management, reporting and compliance for the organisation. The Finance Manager is responsible for the preparation of the company financial reports and the fulfilment of all statutory and taxation obligations.
