We're looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader to take ownership of our South East Melbourne region — someone who leads by example, sells alongside their team and knows how to lift performance from the ground up.

This isn't a desk role. You'll be out in the field every day, coaching your team, driving results and setting the standard through your own numbers.

• $120,000–$150,000+ earning potential — base salary plus uncapped commissions

• Proven door-to-door or face-to-face sales experience

• Demonstrated team leadership in a direct sales environment

• Confidence in training, motivating and performance-managing field reps

• A hands-on, high-energy leadership style

• The ability to build trust, momentum and consistency within a team

• Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
