About the roleGarlo's Pies are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse 2IC to join our team, working closely with the Warehouse Manager. This role requires a valid forklift licence and experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
Key responsibilitiesAssist the Warehouse Manager to lead, train, and guide team members to keep productivity high.Picking and packing orders with care and accuracyReceiving and dispatching stockWorking across ambient, cool room, and freezer environmentsKeeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safeSupporting the team to meet daily targetsFollowing safety, hygiene, and food handling standards
What we're looking forMinimum 3 years' warehouse experienceForklift licence (essential)Experience in operating high-reach and counter balance forklifts (essential)Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg and stay on your feet)Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (PPE provided)Team player who communicates well
