Territory Manager - Neurosurgery NSW South

We're looking for an energetic and driven Territory Manager to join our Neurosurgery team, covering NSW South and the ACT. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact territory, partner with leading clinicians, and represent an innovative neurosurgery portfolio that makes a real difference in patient care. In this role, you'll drive sales growth, build trusted customer relationships, and provide valued technical and clinical support across hospitals in your territory.

You'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative and high-performing team, with the support of a national manager who is genuinely invested in your success. To thrive, you'll bring strong relationship-building skills, commercial drive, and a genuine passion for the neurosurgery specialty.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and drive your territory strategy by developing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans that support growth across the neurosurgery portfolio.
• Build strong, trusted relationships through regular face-to-face engagement with clinicians and key hospital stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the National Sales Manager to progress strategic sales objectives, track outcomes and identify opportunities to accelerate success.
• Stay at the forefront of product knowledge by actively engaging with core suppliers, ongoing training and self-directed learning.
• Deliver engaging hospital in-services that educate, support and build confidence in products across your portfolio.
• Provide valued clinical support in the operating theatre across NSW South and the ACT, with opportunities to support other territories when needed.
• Maintain strong inventory visibility by completing stocktakes of LifeHealthcare consigned products across hospital locations.

What you'll bring:

• A proven track record in technical sales within the MedTech industry, with neurosurgery device experience highly regarded but not essential.
• Confidence in applying strong sales techniques and clearly articulating product value to customers.
• A strong understanding of the sales process, including how to navigate hospital purchasing pathways and influence key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of public and private healthcare systems, and what it takes to succeed in each environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently across clinical and commercial audiences.
• An understanding of surgical techniques relevant to the portfolio, or a genuine willingness to learn and grow your expertise.
• A dynamic, innovative and collaborative approach, with the drive to contribute to a high-performing team.
