FULL TIME/PART TIME PHYSIOTHERAPIST - Multidisciplinary Practice

The opportunity

Redfern Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine, a leading multidisciplinary practice in Redfern NSW 2016, is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time or part-time basis.

This multidisciplinary practice was established by the team of physiotherapists that looked after the South Sydney Rabbitohs Football Club for 17 years. As well as industry leading physiotherapists our practice employs a great team of Dietitians and Massage Therapists.

This is a part time or full-time opportunity for and enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapist to join the team at Redfern Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine. Join our team of passionate physiotherapists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for a variety of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries

• Be part of a team of dynamic physiotherapists, who are on a path of personal growth and professional development

• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice by implementing best practices, driving clinical excellence, and fostering a positive team culture

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as GPs and sports medicine specialists, to deliver comprehensive, integrated care to patients

• Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and research

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Contribute to the overall management and operations of the practice

What we're looking for

·       Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified physiotherapist, with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy

·       Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively work with a team of physiotherapists and other staff

·       Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals

·       Proficiency in the use of relevant physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of latest rehabilitation tools and gym equipment

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
