Full Time Baker

Love Tilly Group is seeking a talented Baker to join our team  at Fabbrica Bread Shop in Rozelle. As part of the bakery team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and supporting the overall operations of our kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining consistency and quality across all products

• Shaping, mixing and baking a variety of dough. Must be proficient with making Sourdough.

• Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs

• Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace

• Bringing ideas, creativity, and a sense of pride to everything you bake

• Previous experience as a baker

• A passion for quality ingredients, precision, and traditional techniques

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, dynamic team
