With a second CBD location confirmed for Q4 2026, we're building the senior leadership team that gets us there — and this role sits at the top of that structure on-site.

The Role
Full-time | Rotating roster across a 7-day trading week | Weekend availability essential

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of our Parramatta Square site — someone who leads from the floor and the kitchen pass equally, holds quality standards without compromise, and builds a team that takes real pride in what they serve.

Restaurant Supervisors that are looking for progression in their career are welcome to apply; your job role will be to assist Restaurant Manager and the below is a glimpse at your supporting role duties.

Day to day, you'll be:

* Owning the restaurant end-to-end — front counter, kitchen, prep, and back-of-house — across every shift
* Leading, rostering, and developing the full team: Managers, kitchenhands, service and prep staff
* Holding full accountability for labour, COGS, wastage, and stock ordering
* Upholding recipe integrity, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards across every service
* Driving sales, service, and guest experience targets across the full trading day
* Acting as the key point of contact with ownership on site performance


**About You**

* 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or senior Assistant Manager in a kitchen, premium fast-casual, or high-volume hospitality environment
* Confident owning labour and COGS targets, stock control, and supplier relationships
* NSW Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for food quality and team culture
* Strong, calm communicator who can lead, motivate, and hold a diverse team accountable
