Hours: within Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm | Sunday, 10:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, motivated and detail-oriented Retail Consultant to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you'll deliver exceptional service, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the elevated experience that sets LOUISE JEAN apart.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that drives sales and builds loyalty

• Recommend pieces confidently based on customers' needs, preferences and milestones

• Handle all Point-of-Sale transactions, including payments, packaging, invoicing and capturing client data

• Maintain immaculate store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards

• Assist in receiving and managing stock deliveries

• Contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming store environment

• Support opening and closing procedures

• Uphold high standards of product knowledge, presentation and professionalism

• Demonstrate discretion and care when handling high-value pieces

• Embrace and embody the LOUISE JEAN brand ethos at all times

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Previous experience in retail, fine jewellery or luxury sales (highly regarded)

• A confident, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for luxury and design

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivation and the ability to work well both independently and in a team

• Confidence in handling high-value transactions

• A polished, professional appearance and manner

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays

• Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems (POS, CRM)

• An interest in jewellery, design or gemmology (formal qualifications are a plus, but not essential)
