PM Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Kilsyth depot and oversee our afternoon shift operations.

We are looking for a hands-on team player who can confidentially switch between physical, floor-based work and computer-based administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the handling and efficiencies of afternoon forklift operations

• Oversee the handling and efficiencies of afternoon transport operations

• Ensure daily transport-related KPIs are achieved

• Work closely with AM operational leaders to ensure seamless handover and workflow continuity

About you

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to direct and coordinate operations

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail

• 3+ years experience in warehousing and logistics

• Experience in the transport or FMCG / 3PL industry (desirable)

• Forklift license

• Interstate truck loading experience (advantageous)
