Air Conditioning Service Technician | $55–$60/hr + Super | 4-Day Week

A genuine four-day working week, $55–$60 per hour plus super, and varied service work across residential and commercial systems.

Complete Air Systems is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our growing service division.

This is a permanent full-time position with your full-time hours worked across four days, giving you three days off each week. The rate is $55–$60 per hour plus super, based on your experience and proven technical capability.

Our customers include homeowners, schools, childcare centres and commercial facilities across Perth. You’ll get a genuine mix of servicing, breakdowns, fault-finding and repairs—not just repetitive maintenance or installation work.

• Fault-finding and repairing split, ducted, cassette and commercial air conditioning systems

• Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance

• Diagnosing refrigeration, electrical, airflow and control faults

• Leak detection, system repairs and refrigerant charging

• Replacing failed components and completing approved repairs

• Assisting with system replacements and installation work when required

• Recording clear job notes, findings and recommendations through Simpro

• Explaining faults and repair options clearly to customers

• Working independently and taking ownership of each job

You’re a qualified technician with solid post-trade service and diagnostic experience. You take pride in finding the actual cause of a fault, completing work properly and communicating clearly with both customers and the office.

You’ll need:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

• Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence

• Current WA restricted electrical licence

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• White Card

• Post-trade service and fault-finding experience

• Pride in your workmanship, presentation and customer service

• Clear job documentation and reliable communication

• The ability to work independently and manage your daily workload

• Willingness to obtain any required clearances for schools and childcare centres

Experience with commercial systems, VRF/VRV equipment, controls or evaporative systems will be highly regarded.
