• A genuine interest in gardening and the outdoors

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliability and good work ethic

• Willingness to complete a 3–4 year apprenticeship

• Ability to obtain a National Police Check

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must hold a provisional driver's licence or higher

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

• Plant identification, pruning, and general plant care

• Mowing, edging, weeding, lawn care and fertilising

• Safe operation of garden tools and machinery

• Irrigation basics and pest management

• Presenting gardens to a professional standard
