Enjoy working with your hands? Prefer being outside over stuck behind a desk? We're looking for motivated and reliable people to join our team as Apprentice Gardeners based at either our Chadstone or Braeside depots.
Whether you're just starting out or ready for a fresh direction, this is your chance to earn a wage, get qualified, and build a long-term career in gardening—all while working on some of Melbourne's most recognised green spaces.

A genuine interest in gardening and the outdoors
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliability and good work ethic
Willingness to complete a 3–4 year apprenticeship
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must hold a provisional driver's licence or higher
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Plant identification, pruning, and general plant care
Mowing, edging, weeding, lawn care and fertilising
Safe operation of garden tools and machinery
Irrigation basics and pest management
Presenting gardens to a professional standard
