In this rewarding role, you'll support participants throughout their employment journey, from building job readiness and securing employment through to providing ongoing workplace support that drives long-term success.
You'll work closely with clients, employers and community stakeholders to remove barriers, create opportunities and deliver life-changing employment outcomes.

We're looking for someone with experience in employment services, disability services, community services or a related field, combined with strong communication, relationship-building and case management skills.
