You independently operate and maintain at leas one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How You Will Contribute

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process.

This role is part time on a rotating shift - Day/Afternoon/Night, with a base rate of $40.04 per hour following initial training.

You’re key responsibilities include;

Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentProducing products according to specifications and Quality standardsInspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standardsSetting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipmentBasic machine troubleshooting and maintenanceUse of SAP and other online computer systemsActive use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plantMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentCollaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager
