Junior Property Manager

You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of portfolio management, including:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a property portfolio

• Conducting condition reports, routine inspections and final inspections

• Communicating professionally with renters and rental providers

• Providing high-quality customer service and administrative support

• Supporting operational processes within the property management team

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)

• Current driver’s licence

• Some exposure to real estate or property management

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in property management
