About the Role

You will work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary Allied Health team delivering person-centred services across aged care, restorative and community environments.

The role may include:

• Functional assessments (Personal Care, Kitchen and Laundry Assessments, etc)

• Equipment prescription and education

• Environmental assessments (Home Modifications)

• Reablement and restorative interventions

• Falls risk assessment and falls prevention strategies

• Cognition assessment and dementia support strategies

• Supporting older people to maintain/improve independence, dignity and quality of life

About You

We are looking for people who have:

• Work experience in community aged care, experience working with TCP and SaH clients is desirable but not essential

• Passionate about older people and quality care

• Practical, collaborative and compassionate

• Strong communicators

• Open to innovation and service improvement

• Registered with AHPRA
