Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mascot, NSW. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Delaco Panels® product lines to architects, designers, builders, and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.Proficient Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.Demonstrated Sales experience in B2B or interiors/building materials, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience with Training clients or partners on product features, installation methods, or best practices.Exposure to Sales Management or pipeline management, including use of CRM tools for tracking opportunities.Ability to work on-site in Mascot, NSW, with a valid right to work in Australia.Basic understanding of interior design, construction, or building products is highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a design, construction, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
