We’re looking for two experienced Team Leader Gardener to run a mobile crew across Eastern and Western Sydney delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.

The Role

You Will

Lead and supervise a small mobile crewPlan daily works and allocate tasksEnsure sites meet contract standardsOperate zero-turn and out-front mowersConduct pruning, hedging, mulching & plantingUndertake weed spraying & pest controlMaintain equipment and ensure safe work practicesDeliver consistent, high-quality presentation across sites

This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll lead from the front.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in horticulture / parks & gardens / landscapingPrevious team leading or supervisory experience preferredCurrent Driver’s Licence (essential)White CardStrong safety focusPride in workmanshipAbility to motivate and develop team members
