Spotlight is seeking a commercially sharp Buyer to join our talented Manchester team.

Are you a planner who is interested in moving to buying? We are looking for a highly analytical buyer to focus on core Manchester categories. You need to be highly organised with a strong focus on marketing and trading.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for towels or sheeting
• Build ranges that excite and deliver—backed by market insights and customer love
• Smash sales and profit targets with smart pricing and sharp trading
• Collaborate across teams to bring your vision to life
• Stay ahead of trends and spot the next big thing
• Inspire your team and grow the category

About You

• Must have at least 5+ years as a Planner, Buyer or Category Manager
• Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Manchester is a bonus—but passion and pace are essential
• A natural communicator and collaborator
