Investment Analyt/ Financial Analyt

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Investment Analyst / Financial Analyst will support financial decision-making by analyzing market data, company performance, and investment opportunities related to SiLOOP’s business and clients. Daily tasks include building and updating financial models, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting in portfolio monitoring and performance evaluation. The role involves collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to provide insights on budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. The analyst will contribute to presentations, support risk assessment, and help refine investment strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.Advanced Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Modeling to evaluate scenarios and support data-driven decisions.Experience or interest in Portfolio Management, including monitoring performance, risk, and diversification.Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or SaaS environments is an advantage.Relevant education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA) are beneficial.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a concise, accessible manner.Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
