E-Commerce Marketing & Creative Coordinator

About the role

Help turn Healthyroo's marketing strategy and creative direction into consistent, high-quality execution across content, campaigns, email and e-commerce. You will help keep the marketing engine organised and moving. This includes coordinating tasks, creating and adapting assets, updating platforms, supporting campaign delivery and preparing the information required for strong marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing, campaign and content calendars
• Turn approved plans and briefs into organised task lists and timelines
• Track deliverables, owners and deadlines
• Assist with the delivery of product launches, promotions, bundles and evergreen campaigns
• Create and adapt everyday marketing assets within your area of technical strength
• Build and update Shopify pages using the theme editor and approved templates
• Build and schedule approved Klaviyo campaigns
• Prepare creative assets and variations for paid-media testing
• Monitor approved social channels, comments and customer questions
• Collect weekly data from Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo and subscription platforms

About you

• Approximately 1-3 years of relevant marketing, e-commerce, content or digital experience
• Demonstrated hands-on capability in at least one relevant discipline, such as graphic design, video editing, Shopify page building or basic front-end implementation
• Confidence using a visual-production platform such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva or equivalent
• Strong organisation, task management and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Confidence learning and working across digital platforms
• Ability to follow a brief, apply feedback and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and customer journeys
• A portfolio or examples of relevant creative, content, website or campaign work
