National Scheduling Manager (Vending) - Moorabbin

The Opportunity

As our National Scheduling Manager - Vending, you'll play a critical role in ensuring product availability across one of Australia's largest vending networks, supporting a network of more than 9,500 vending machines nationwide.

You'll be responsible for optimising scheduling and replenishment activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our vending fleet is serviced efficiently and safely. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial outcomes.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Moorabbin, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Store Inventory Schedulers to deliver efficient and effective replenishment schedules across AustraliaEnsure vending machine stock availability through the creation and optimisation of servicing and replenishment schedulesMaintain accurate master data across Vending Systems Services (VSS)Support the execution of product launches, pricing updates, activations, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with State Operations, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless executionFoster engagement, capability development, and high performance within your teamDrive compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements and operational processesProvide operational support, insights, and recommendations to improve scheduling effectiveness and customer outcomes

About You

You are an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people, systems, and processes together to deliver results. You have strong planning and analytical skills, combined with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability.
