Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, San Telmo is an Argentinian restaurant inspired by the food, wine and hospitality of Buenos Aires. Centred around our open parrilla grill, our menu celebrates premium Australian produce, bold Argentinian flavours and traditional fire-based cooking, all delivered in a vibrant, fast-paced dining environment.

Position Available

Full-Time Section Waiter – $66,891.50 per annum

+ Super + Generous Tips

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Managing your own section and delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service

• Guiding guests through San Telmo’s menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations

• Building rapport with guests and working closely with the wider team to deliver memorable, efficient service

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant

• Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, with confidence managing your own section

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
