Service Manager

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with a strong track record to lead our busy repairs and field service department.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of our workshop repairs and field service divisions, ensuring operational efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and leading a team of up to 15 staff

• Creating repair orders and customer invoices

• Managing and monitoring Work in Progress (WIP) targets

• Scheduling and allocating workshop and field repairs

• Proactively engaging with fleet and corporate customers

• Providing technical support to staff and customers

• Liaising with OEM manufacturers on all repair matters

• Conducting daily pre‑start meetings and weekly toolbox meetings

• Approving all invoices

• Purchasing parts and materials as required

• Ensuring all WHS/OH&S obligations are met

• Maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Mechanical trade qualification (desirable)

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail

• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a service or repairs environment
