Waminda is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) Case Worker to join our Case Management team.
This role supports Aboriginal women and their children who are experiencing or recovering from family and domestic violence to remain safely in their homes, or a home of their choice. Working within Waminda’s culturally grounded Model of Care, you will provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management that promotes safety, healing, empowerment and self-determination.
You will work alongside women throughout their healing journey, providing practical support, advocacy, safety planning, referrals and coordinated care that helps build long-term safety and wellbeing.
