Speech Pathologist – Brisbane

We're growing across Brisbane — and we're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.

New to the profession? You won’t be flying solo.

We offer a fully structured 12-month graduate program that includes:

• A full week of induction + a couple of weeks of shadowing to ease you in
  

• Weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring
  

• Group mentoring, skills workshops, and peer connection
  

• Regular PD, internal speakers and hands-on learning
  

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)
  

• WWCC/Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
  

• Driver’s licence + reliable car
  

• Indemnity & public liability insurance
  

As part of your role, you will be working with children, people with disability, the elderly, and people who are vulnerable. We are committed to safety, including those of children. We have zero tolerance for abuse.
