Trades Administrator — Dodds Electrical & Air, Mandurah

Dodds Electrical & Air is looking for a detail-oriented, organised Trades Administrator to join our team in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting the day-to-day running of our electrical and air conditioning contracting business — managing admin, coordinating with the trades team, and keeping jobs moving smoothly.

Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm, Friday 7:00am–1:30pm
Pay: $60,000–$75,000, based on experience

What you'll be doing day to day:

• Answering calls and managing emails

• Entering and managing jobs in SimPRO

• Scheduling and confirming bookings and site visits

• Quoting and quote follow-ups

• Invoicing and processing purchase orders

• Maintaining job records and documentation, digital and physical

• Coordinating communication between office staff, trades teams, and clients

• Basic document control for projects and staff

• Some social media management

• Handling confidential client and employee information

What we need from you:

• Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to juggle multiple jobs and priorities at once without dropping the ball

• Good communication, written and verbal

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

• A professional approach to client and customer interactions

Nice to have (not essential — we'll train the right person):

• SimPRO experience

• Local knowledge of the Mandurah area

• Basic understanding of the electrical or trades industry
