 The Opportunity

 We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Professional to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to join a busy, high-performing dealership environment.

 As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong individual sales results. You will work alongside an experienced sales team across both Škoda and Mitsubishi, with the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and products.

The successful candidate will be someone who leads by example, has a strong understanding of the sales process and takes pride in achieving results.

 Key Responsibilities

•  Manage the full vehicle sales process from enquiry through to delivery

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Build strong and lasting customer relationships

• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and leads

• Present finance, insurance and aftermarket opportunities where appropriate

• Work closely with our Finance and Administration teams

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow dealership processes

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to delivery

• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team

• Represent the Škoda and Mitsubishi brands professionally

What We're Looking For 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Professional

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude

• Strong follow-up and organisational skills

• Competent computer and CRM skills

• A professional presentation and strong work ethic

• A genuine passion for the automotive industry

• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing dealership
