Job Summary:
We are looking for Retail Sales Assistants in our, Dandenong Store,

Valid work visa or Australian residency required for this position.

MUST HAVE RETAIL EXPERIENCE
As a sales assistant, your role is to promote and sell the company's range of goods and services to our customers. You will be working together with the team reporting to the Branch Manager and Retail Group Manager

Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience required.

Responsibilities:
• Promoting and selling the company's goods and services

• Demonstrating and explaining to customers the establishment's goods and
• services.
• Quoting prices , recording orders, and arranging deliveries.
• Following up clients and ensuring satisfaction with goods and services and resolving any problems.
• Monitoring clients' changing needs and expectations. And competitor activity and reporting on these developments to sales and marketing management.

Using directories and other sources to compile lists of prospective business clients
• Preparing sales reports.

• Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stocktakes
• Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold

Experience Required:
• Customer Service cash management and methods of payment and invoicing.
• Sales and marketing Skills.
• English language skill, bilingual or native speaker level of proficiency
• Technology competency
• Clerical and Administration skills
• Time Management
• Knowledge of cleaning material and supplies.
