Casual Bookkeeper - Part-Time, Work From Home

CrewWorks Australia is looking for an experienced casual Bookkeeper to support our finance function on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This is a flexible role suited to a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and manage their own schedule.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks that keep our accounts accurate and up to date. Hours are flexible and negotiable, with an estimated 10–12 hours per week depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements

• Manage payroll processing and STP reporting

• Prepare and lodge BAS

• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero (or similar software)

• Assist with month-end reporting

• General administrative support related to finance

About You

• Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small business or agency environment

• Strong working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software

• Sound understanding of Australian payroll, superannuation, and BAS requirements

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• A reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection

• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent experience preferred
