Rope Access - Window Cleaner

Currently looking to hire two rope access window cleaners to join the Proaccess Facade team.

• Staff normally engaged on a casual worker basis,

• Job Types : 5 day per week (M-F) offered, part time accomodated also.

• 5  day per week (Mon - Friday) work available

• Casual Salary : $43/hr to $65/hr (+ 12.0% superannuation)

• Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 4.30pm normal work hours

• Travel allowance for jobs more than 8km from CBD.

• Long service leave accrued for all employees (incl. casual workers)

• IRATA/SPRATS re-certifications provided at no cost to established existing staff

• All rope access & window cleaning equipment provided (employees/contractors can provide their own if they prefer)

Current IRATA/SPRAT qualification (Level 1, 2 or 3) required to abseil on mostly high rise residential dwellings.  Preferred applicants would have a minimum of  1200+ hours of professional window cleaning experience.   On the job training in both window cleaning and rope access will be provided as part of employment.

Upper- range offers ($58 to $65/hr) will be made to staff  who can demonstrate : 

•  a consistent ability to apply rope access window cleaning to a high standard, whilst working within OHS guidelines

• hold a current IRATA 2/3 (or equivalent)

• efficiently apply themselves during work hours to achieving business outcomes

• able to deliver billable work with a high degree of independence

• ability to work well in a team

 Mid-range offers ($50-55/hr) available to Level 1 rope technicians that can display a high level of proficiency in professional window cleaning applied in a rope access context.
