Vet Nurse - Permanent Role

All Natural Vet Care is seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our well-established integrative veterinary hospital in a permanent role. We are open to either full-time or part-time hours for the right person.

Located just 15 minutes from Sydney CBD in Russell Lea, our hospital is equipped with four consulting rooms, a sterile surgery, treatment room, dedicated rehabilitation room, an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, IM3 dental unit, Class 3B laser, and a state-of-the-art Underwater Treadmill for advanced rehabilitation.

As leaders in Integrative Veterinary Medicine, we take a holistic approach to patient care, combining the best of conventional veterinary medicine with complementary modalities including acupuncture, electroacupuncture, ozone therapy, FMT, herbal medicine and rehabilitation. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our clients through every stage of their pet's health journey.

As a Veterinary Nurse at All Natural Vet Care, you'll be involved in all aspects of patient care, including:

• Assisting veterinarians during surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standard of patient monitoring and nursing care.

• Providing pre- and post-operative nursing care and following individualised treatment plans.

• Preparing medications, maintaining surgical equipment and assisting with stock management.

• Supporting consultations, hospital patients and rehabilitation services.

• Working collaboratively with a dedicated and experienced team to provide outstanding patient and client care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys learning and would like to develop their skills in integrative veterinary medicine while working in a supportive, team-focused environment. For those with an interest in rehabilitation, there is also the opportunity to receive training and develop skills in hydrotherapy and rehabilitation using our state-of-the-art Underwater Treadmill.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

• At least one year of veterinary nursing experience, including surgical nursing.

• A calm, compassionate approach to patient care, with excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on client care.

• The ability to prioritise, think proactively and work efficiently in a busy hospital environment.

• A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working as part of a team.

• An interest in integrative veterinary medicine and a genuine desire to continue learning.

• Permanent full-time or part-time role.

• Monday to Friday only – no weekends or after-hours.
