Asian smokehouse, Yan Melbourne, is looking for Commis chef in the small but strong kitchen team.

Yan Melbourne is located at Toorak rd in South Yarra. We are committed to providing our guests with exceptional food. Our food is adapted smoking technique into not only meats but also seafoods and vegetables, not to mention seasonal ingredients!

You need to have the following attributes:

• Certificate III in commercial Cookery

• Great communication skills and keen to cooperate with others.

• Knowledge of Asian food is desirable but not essential.

• Holding a work rights visa
