We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a major wind farm construction project on a 12-month contract.
The role will initially be
based in Melbourne for training and onboarding, before transitioning into a FIFO position supporting major renewable energy projects across regional Australia.
The Opportunity
Following the initial training period in Melbourne, you will transition into a FIFO position supporting major
wind farm construction projects across Northern Queensland and South Australia.
The initial project will be based in
Northern Queensland, before transitioning to a second major wind farm project in
South Australia.
Both projects provide
camp accommodation and meals, with a
19 days on / 9 days off roster.
When on site, working weeks can reach
60–70 hours, providing the opportunity to maximise your earnings while gaining valuable experience within the renewable energy sector.
The Role As a Site Administrator, you will provide general administration and coordination support across the project, including:
- Coordinating worker rotations and site movements
- Booking and managing accommodation
- Assisting with camp coordination and administration
- Supporting general site administration
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting the project team with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Coordinating logistics and personnel movements
- Supporting the wider site team as required
About You We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous Site Administration, Project Administration or similar experience
- Is highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment
- Can coordinate multiple priorities and changing requirements
- Has strong communication and administration skills
- Is comfortable working FIFO and staying in camp accommodation
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is adaptable and able to work independently
- Is confident dealing with multiple stakeholders across a busy project
Construction, infrastructure, resources or renewable energy experience would be highly regarded, but strong administration and coordination experience is the key requirement.
