Role overview

A Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately, answering inquiries and ensuring guest satisfactionPrepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelinesEnsure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs and service stationsProcess payments accurately, handle cash and operate POS systems efficientlyAdhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food itemsWork collaboratively with kitchen, bar and other hotel team members to ensure smooth operations
