Black Books Co. is expanding, and we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team for the upcoming festival season, with opportunities to continue through 2027.

We are currently recruiting for:

• 3 - Qualified Venue & Event Managers

• 1 - Experienced Event Coordinator

We provide comprehensive training across our venues, brands and operations, and pride ourselves on creating a professional, inclusive and supportive workplace where our team can thrive.

About Black Books Co.

Black Books Co. is a Western Australian hospitality labour-hire company specialising in staffing and operational support for craft wineries, breweries and distilleries across the state.

Our work spans both venues and major events, with a strong presence across Western Australia’s craft food, wine, beer and spirits festival calendar. Our teams support a broad range of operations, including:

• Festival stalls and bars

• Venue management and operations

• Front-of-house and floor teams

• Event coordination

• Stage and production teams

• Brand activations and hospitality services

In addition to our festival and event operations, we manage three key venues throughout the summer season, including a CBD rooftop bar and two Swan Valley tasting rooms.
