Hecho En Mexico Canberra Centre is looking for two experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team as Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor.

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who can take responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant, lead the Front of House team, and deliver an excellent guest experience.

• Manage daily restaurant floor operations and service.

• Prepare and manage staff rosters.

• Supervise and coordinate Front of House (FOH) staff.

• Welcome and manage guests, including hosting and table allocation.

• Maintain high standards of customer service.

• Manage ordering and monitor stock levels.

• Train, support, and motivate FOH team members.

• Ensure smooth communication between FOH staff and management.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional restaurant environment.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.

• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.

• 2 positions available.

• 6-month probationary period applies.

• Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate after 12 months, subject to performance, eligibility, and applicable Australian visa requirements.
