Requirements 

We are looking for individuals with over 3 years' experience working with high-quality product and in a high-volume environment.

• Passionate about food and beverage products

• Experience in high volume, fast paced environments

• (For waiters) Proven service skills including guest engagement, section management & mise en place

• (For bartenders) Strong cocktail knowledge and exposure to preparation and pre-batching
