Graduate Residential Drafter - Archicad

The position is based in Rocklea, Brisbane QLD with full time flexible working hours available. To be considered for the position, you need to meet the following criteria.

Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Certificate IV in residential drafting

• Demonstrate basic to intermediate knowledge of building regulations and codes

Your duties will include:

• Assist with general design and drafting new homes, duplexes and townhouses

• Limited Estimating

• Keep up to date with changes to the Building Code, local government requirements, design standards and new building materials

Your skills should include:

• Previous experience with archicad, revit, autocad, detailing software an advantage

• Previous experience with Truss and Frame details an advantage. 

• High attention to detail & accuracy

• Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn and develop specialised skills in drafting and design

• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt knowledge to different situations and the ability to balance competing priorities
