About your new Role: 

As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Product team through analysis, reporting, governance and product-related communications. Working closely with Product Managers and a broad range of stakeholders, you will help ensure product information remains accurate, member-focused and aligned with regulatory requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning data and information into meaningful insights and contributing to the delivery of quality outcomes for members.

• Support the Product team with reporting, analysis and product insights
• Coordinate and prepare information for ratings agencies, benchmarking activities and external requests
• Maintain accurate product data, registers and supporting governance documentation
• Prepare presentations, briefing papers and product updates for stakeholders and committees
• Support member communications relating to product changes, including FAQs and disclosure materials
• Review and maintain product information across websites, collateral and supporting documentation
• Contribute to product reviews, competitor analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

About You: 

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capability and a passion for producing accurate, high-quality work. You enjoy working collaboratively, building relationships across a business and coordinating multiple activities to meet deadlines. Whether your experience comes from superannuation, insurance or broader financial services, you bring a curious mindset, strong written communication skills and a desire to contribute to positive member outcomes.

• Experience in an analyst, product support, reporting, operations or financial services role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret and summarise information from multiple sources
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate stakeholder input
• Advanced capability across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a genuine willingness to learn and grow within a product environment
• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, commerce, economics, data analytics or a related discipline would be desirable
