We’re hiring a Contingent Recruiter to join our Korn Ferry team, embedded with a leading Financial Services client. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own contingent hiring through an MSP model while delivering end-to-end recruitment across high-volume operational roles.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage contingent hiring through MSP (vendors, agencies, payroll providers)
• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline roles (e.g. Contact Centre)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes
• Oversee contractor lifecycle, extensions, and compliance
• Balance speed, quality, and governance in a complex environment

What you’ll bring

• Experience in MSP, contingent or temp recruitment
• Confidence managing stakeholders in fast-moving, structured environments
• A delivery mindset – you know how to hire at volume without compromising quality
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
