We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Teacher for Centre support to join our  beautiful service at Minto . We are looking for a motivated and dedicated early childhood educators to support with the daily operations of our beautiful service.

About the role

• Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring high quality program and environment is provided to the children and educators.

• Developing strong and positive relationships with the community, children and the families.

• Ability to support,supervise, mentor and train staff. 

• Ability to monitor health, safety and risk management strategies.  

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with the team members.

• Ability to support the admin needs of the centre

• Ability to do handle parent enquiry and tours

Skills and experience

1.  Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of EYLF and NQS

3. Experience in 2IC, leadership and management qualities

4. Previous experience in managing the childcare software such as OWNA

5. Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate

6. Child Protection Training

7. Good Communication Skills and Ability to work in a team environment.

8. Current Working with Children Check

9. Sound knowledge and understanding of Child Protection
