Party Bus Driver

JJ Party Bus is one of Melbourne's fastest-growing premium party bus companies, providing unforgettable experiences for birthdays, hens parties, bucks parties, winery tours, corporate events and private charters.

We're looking for reliable, experienced bus drivers who take pride in their work, enjoy interacting with people and want to be part of a professional team as we continue to grow.

This role is primarily weekend work.

As a JJ Party Bus Driver, you'll be responsible for more than simply driving.

You'll manage the customer experience from start to finish by communicating with clients before arrival, safely transporting passengers, ensuring the bus remains clean and presentable, and delivering an enjoyable experience throughout the journey.

We're looking for drivers who are confident, professional, organised and enjoy working with people.

• Safely operate our low floor party buses across Melbourne and surrounding areas

• Contact customers prior to arrival via phone or text with your ETA

• Welcome passengers and provide a professional briefing before departure

• Ensure customers have a safe, enjoyable and well-organised experience

• Follow planned routes and schedules

• Make safe decisions regarding rest and toilet stops where required

• Clean and prepare the bus between trips

• Empty rubbish and maintain the presentation of the vehicle

• Refuel vehicles at the completion of shifts

• Complete vehicle pre-start inspections and report any maintenance issues

• Represent JJ Party Bus professionally at all times

• Previous bus or coach driving experience

• Current HR or HC Licence

• Current Driver Accreditation

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable dealing with groups of people

• Able to work Friday nights and weekends

• Professional presentation

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role

• Have charter, coach or tour experience

• Enjoy working with people and providing great customer service

• Have experience with events or hospitality

• Have flexible weekend availability

• Have knowledge of Melbourne roads
