What You'll Learn & Do:

As a Team Member, you'll be trained in a variety of roles, including:

• Preparing fresh ingredients before opening, including cutting vegetables, making tzatziki, preparing Greek salads, and setting up the shop for the day.
• Providing excellent customer service by taking orders and operating the cash register (POS system).
• Working on the pass, assembling and preparing menu items such as souvlakis, open plates, snack packs, and other meals.
• Operating the fryer and hot plate, including cooking pitas, chips, calamari, and other fried items while maintaining food quality and safety.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout your shift.
• Assisting with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures to prepare the store for the next trading day.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Friendly and reliable with strong customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential—full training is provided.
