Our modern production facility in Helensvale operates a range of digital, flexographic, large format and finishing equipment, producing millions of products annually.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital / Flexographic Printer to join our production team at our Helensvale facility.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced print professional who understands print production, colour management, machine operation and quality control. You will be involved in producing a wide range of products including wristbands, ID cards, tickets, labels, promotional products and event collateral.

The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining production quality, improving efficiencies and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain digital and flexographic printing equipment

• Monitor print quality, colour consistency and registration

• Troubleshoot print and production issues

• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

• Ensure jobs are produced accurately and efficiently

• Conduct quality control inspections throughout production

• Work closely with production staff to meet daily schedules

• Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation

• Cross-train across various print and finishing equipment

• Flexographic Printing Press

• Ricoh Production Presses

• Mimaki Roll-to-Roll & Flatbed Printers

• Rotary Finishing Equipment

• Laminating & Finishing Equipment

• Guillotines, Slitters and Converting Equipment

About You

• Previous experience operating flexographic, digital or label printing equipment

• Strong understanding of print production processes

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control

• Mechanically minded with strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, organised and capable of working to production deadlines

• Experience in labels, packaging, commercial print or specialty print highly regarded

• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
